How does Lady Gaga manage to tweet so much? We've got 3 stages to build today so it's radio silence from us!

Sponsorship

Sponsorship: For a lot of bands, sponsorship is the solution to allowing them to tour early in their career. It can often cover the costs of a tour, but also comes with its own downsides. A previously relaxed and friendly brand may suddenly turn into a nasty demanding boss once the tour starts. They will want their logo’s displayed in the right place, get upset if you wear the wrong clothes onstage etc. Often they will insist on you paying for events to be filmed or recorded for their use and will demand expensive high quality results. So if you are lucky enough to find a sponsor, make sure you understand in advance exactly what is expected of you and get it in writing and stick to your end of the bargain.
