Hooray! Now they won't have ridiculous amounts of power before they realise this whole thing is a bad idea. There seems to be a myth that pirates are all toothless evil little beggars intent on destroying the arts.
If only record labels became less greedy and used file-sharing as the cheapest most widely distributed advertising ever then there would be no need for this.
Ammendment 120A is still a bit silly though, but it is certainly an improvement over Clause 17. I can't help but thinking within a couple of months there'll be myriad news stories about hotels/univeristies/pubs/McDonalds having their internet disconnected and having expensive court cases taken out against them because someone 'infringed copyright' through their connection. Then the bill will really come up a cropper.
