hello.
anyone got any sample accounts for tours of bands of different sizes - ie venue costs, travel/accom, promotions, fees, kit hire, etc. trying to figure out how to budget a tour and what the break even crowd size is.
or know of a good site that has some samples?

My niece is studying event management and would like ultimately to move into festivals / big live events.

Hello there,
Just trying this for the first time..
I need to get a load of kit across the country. Thing is none of us drive. Can I do this cheaply in, say, the goods carriage of a train?
Also, anyone got any tips for cheap flight cases / second hand cases or options for hiring them..?
